Tips
There are a variety of tips that can help you stop puppy biting but here are a few that could work.
1) One technique is to give your dog a chew toy. Sounds pretty clear-cut, doesn’t it? Most pet owners do not
realize just how simple it is. If your new dog doesn’t have a chew toy, then they are going to find other things to
bite and chew on.
2) You should also ensure that you kick off your training early. Obviously if you adopt a dog that is already
grown you are not going to be able to go back in time and train them as a puppy. You should still want to train
them as soon as possible and not leave it any longer than you absolutely have to.
3) The sooner that you start training any dog, the better off you are going to be and the easier you are going
to find it for the new puppy to learn.
4) To stop puppy biting put a muzzle on your pet until they learn. Some people will think that this would be
cruel, but it does not harm the dog at all. The point is simply to teach them that they have to stop opening their
mouth and biting people.
These are all great tips to help stop puppy biting and make sure that your dog is the well behaved pet that
you want.
